Universities in Cyprus offer both undergraduate, masters and doctoral programmes, similar to those in the UK, and thanks to the Bologna Process, university qualifications gained in Cyprus are directly comparable to their UK counterparts. But there are also universities that allow you to get a full UK degree in Cyprus:
The University of Nicosia (UNIC) Nicosia Cyprus
The University of Nicosia (UNIC, for short) is the largest university in Cyprus, with over 11,000 students. It started the first medical school in Cyprus, and offers the St George’s, University of London, Graduate entry MBBS-Medical Degree. This British degree is recognised by the British Medical Council, where students can complete their studies in the UK or in Cyprus, and/or internship in the UK or Europe. The University of Nicosia Medical School also offers a 6-Year MD programme designed for high school leavers, an MSc in Family Medicine for practicing primary care physicians, and a PhD in Medical Science. The program with St George’s University of London; a Top 200 University has been very successful.
The University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) Pyla Larnaca Cyprus
UCLan Pyla is the Cyprus Campus of UCLan Preston, one of 99 UK universities to be featured in Global U-Multirank, which compares 1,500 universities across the globe. The UCLAN Pyla houses students from more than 40 countries and British degrees, with British-Cyprus-Russia-China accreditation, at much lower cost than in the UK.
They offer degrees in their School of Business, School of Law, School of Science and Masters degrees.
